Who Am I

I qualified as a therapist over a decade ago and have since reached a point where therapeutic work has become my full time profession.

I feel deeply grateful for the experience gained through working with such a vast range of clients.

I decided to take a leap of faith
And now focus mostly on Reiki as it’s the modality which lies closest to my heart.  This was a monumental shift for me, not only because my previous therapy work was paying the bills.  But I found myself centre stage to a whole host of questions in-and-around the obvious one… “What exactly is Reiki?” Which was the motivation for this sight.  I hope through my blogs, articles and general happenings on this site I can give people a better understanding to Reiki and its transformative effects.

I was fortunate enough to have been trained by the world-class teacher:  Dr Katya Langmuur PhD.  Becoming a reiki master was a personal commitment to honour the eternal flow of energy that runs through us all.

My Offering

I offer a range of qualities through my reiki treatments including breathwork, meditation, satsang and understanding affirmations.  I very much work with etheric, emotional and higher frequencies.

I can assist in:

• Releasing stuck patterns which no longer serve us.

• Developing centring practices.

• Strengthening resilience in self.

• Shifting blockages.
